Product Manager, Integrations
Apply for roleSTRAND is real-time architecture mapping for engineering teams running service-heavy systems. The product maps every dependency, tracks every change, and surfaces blast radius before anything ships. For STRAND to work inside a real engineering stack, it needs to connect deeply and reliably with the tools those teams already use. This role owns that.
You will define and drive the integrations roadmap, which tools STRAND connects with, how deep those connections go, and what the experience looks like for the engineers who set them up. This is a product role with direct technical scope and real ownership over a part of the product that affects every single customer.
What you will work on
- Own the integrations roadmap across CI/CD, incident management, service mesh, cloud providers, and observability platforms.
- Work with engineering to define integration architecture, data models, and the user-facing setup experience.
- Talk directly to customers to understand where integrations are creating friction or failing to deliver the value they expected.
- Define what a great integration looks like for STRAND and hold that bar consistently across every connector we ship.
- Partner with developer relations and sales to understand which integrations unlock the most growth and retention.
- Track integration health and usage data and use it to drive prioritization decisions.
What we are looking for
- 4 or more years in product management with meaningful experience owning integrations or platform connectivity at a B2B SaaS company.
- You understand the engineering toolchain well enough to have real conversations about APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and data sync patterns.
- You have shipped integrations that customers actually adopted and can speak to what made them work.
- Strong written communication. You write specs that engineers can build from without a follow-up meeting.
- Data-driven approach to prioritization. You know the difference between an integration customers ask for and one they will actually use.
- Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating work with both internal teams and external platform partners.
How we work
- Fully remote. Work from wherever you do your best work.
- Async by default. Meetings exist when they need to, not as a reflex.
- Small team. Your decisions ship. There is no committee.
- We move fast and cut anything that does not serve the outcome.
What we offer
- Competitive salary and equity with straightforward terms.
- Five weeks paid vacation plus local public holidays.
- Health coverage based on your location.
- Home office or co-working stipend.
- Four months paid parental leave.
- Regular team off-sites.
