Brand & Web Designer

STRAND is real-time architecture mapping for engineering teams running service-heavy systems. The product maps every dependency, tracks every change, and surfaces blast radius before anything ships. STRAND's brand needs to reflect the seriousness and precision of the product it represents, a system engineering teams trust when it matters. This role shapes how that brand comes to life across every surface it touches.

You will own STRAND's visual brand and web presence. Marketing site, product visuals, launch assets, and documentation design. This role covers all of it. You work closely with the founding team and have real influence over how STRAND shows up in the market.

What you will work on

• Own and evolve STRAND's visual brand system including typography, color, iconography, and motion language.
• Design and maintain the marketing site, landing pages, and web-based campaign materials.
• Create product visuals, screenshots, and diagrams that communicate what STRAND does with clarity and precision.
• Design launch assets, social content, and brand collateral for product releases and company announcements.
• Work with the product design team to ensure brand consistency across the full STRAND experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and developer relations on creative direction for content and campaigns.

What we are looking for

• 4 or more years in brand or web design with a portfolio that shows strong visual craft and attention to detail across multiple output types.
• Experience designing for technical or developer-facing brands. You understand the aesthetic language that resonates with engineering audiences.
• Strong typographic sensibility and a clear point of view on what makes a brand feel premium rather than generic.
• Proficiency in Figma. Experience with web design and basic HTML/CSS is a meaningful plus.
• You can move from concept to polished execution quickly without losing quality at the finish line.
• You push for things to be better. You notice when something is almost right and do not ship it until it is.
